Welcome to AzLytics.io (“AzLytics”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please read these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) carefully before using our services.
By using AzLytics.io and connecting your data sources, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and our practices regarding data collection, use, and privacy.
1. Overview of the Service
AzLytics is a SaaS platform that provides Shopify merchants with AI-driven business intelligence, combining data across marketing, retention, inventory, funnel analysis, and profitability into a unified dashboard. Our service includes dashboards, alerts, integrations, automated reporting, and insights generation.
2. License to Use the Platform
AzLytics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services, subject to this Agreement. You agree not to:
- Resell or sublicense the service,
- Copy or reverse engineer any part of the platform,
- Use the service in violation of applicable laws or rights.
3. Account and Security
To access AzLytics, you must create an account and connect data sources (e.g., Shopify, Meta Ads). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Customer Data
a. Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data retrieved from your connected accounts, including transactional data, marketing data, and user analytics (“Customer Data”).
b. Usage Rights
You grant AzLytics the right to access, process, and analyze your data for the purpose of providing services, generating insights, and improving platform performance.
5. Privacy Policy
a. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal and non-personal data:
- Account Data: Name, email, password
- Connected Platform Data: Shopify, Facebook, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and others as authorized
- Behavioral Data: Usage logs, preferences, dashboard interactions
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
b. Use of Data
Your data is used to:
- Provide real-time analytics and insights
- Deliver alerts and reports
- Monitor platform health and security
- Improve service features
c. Data Retention
We retain Customer Data for as long as your account remains active. Upon termination, we delete data within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
d. Data Sharing
We may share data with subprocessors under strict confidentiality agreements. These partners help us host, secure, or process your data but may not use it independently.
6. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
AzLytics operates as a Data Processor under GDPR and similar regulations. By using our service, you appoint AzLytics as a processor for your data.
a. Data Processing Location
Data may be processed within the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United States using infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, GCP) with adequate security certifications.
b. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard safeguards including:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Role-based access controls
- Regular audits and penetration testing
7. Subprocessors
A list of subprocessors is available upon request. We ensure all subprocessors adhere to privacy and data protection obligations aligned with our DPA.
8. Third-Party Integrations
AzLytics allows you to connect with third-party tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo). Data retrieved from these tools is used only to fulfill the service and is not shared externally.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to connect and share data from these platforms.
9. Termination and Data Deletion
You may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination:
- We revoke access to your dashboards
- All connected data is deleted within 30 days
- Backups are purged within 60 days
10. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights are always accurate.
11. Limitation of Liability
AzLytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from the use of the service.
12. Updates to Terms and Policy
We reserve the right to update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
